The actual place is jaw-dropping! The high quality finish and the balcony gave us the true Italian feel. The staff were super fantastic and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the station and metro. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and the shower was great. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk away from the best pizza we've ever had! The instructions to find the place were an outstanding gesture. The staff, especially Oksana, were very friendly and helpful. Despite being close to the Central Station, the room was quiet with good acoustic. It was a mind-blowing stay and we would definitely stay again if coming back.
